Orders under $100 are available for a flat $30 delivery fee.

Before Your Delivery

Please make sure:

• Someone is available during the scheduled delivery window.

• Doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators are large enough for your furniture.

• Any special access instructions are provided before delivery.

Although our primary focus is serving customers throughout the Chicago area, many items can also be shipped anywhere within the continental United States.

Products eligible for shipping will clearly state Shipping Available on the product page.

Some oversized or fragile items cannot be shipped safely and will be marked as Local Pickup & Delivery Only.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photographs of:
